Description

During the walk you will be accompanied by your local tour guide, who will show you and explain everything about the place. The Marino Ballena National Park is a natural treasure that offers a rich diversity of marine and terrestrial ecosystems. This park is famous for its Tombolo (whale's tail) formation, which is revealed at low tide. Within the park, there are diverse ecosystems, such as coral reefs, seagrass meadows and beaches. These habitats are essential for the survival of numerous marine species. The mangrove area also plays a crucial role, serving as a refuge and breeding area for many species, as well as the forest area that provides food for different species of mammals, amphibians, reptiles and birds. Exploring the Marino Ballena National Park is not only an adventure, but also an opportunity to understand the importance of protecting these valuable ecosystems and the species that depend on them and how we can help natural resources.

Includes

Certified tour guide (bilingual). Entrance tickets to the national park. Water and fruits. Photos of the species observed. Parking for the car. Collective tour (with other people).

Important Information

  • Please note that the tour takes place in the Marino Ballena National Park, please check the meeting point where you need to arrive so you don't go somewhere else. It is important that you know that you are visiting a national park and therefore it is not allowed to bring single-use plastic. Remember that sometimes you have to cross a river, so remember to bring water shoes. The walk to the 'Whale's Tail' is subject to daily changes in the tide (low or high tide). The animals are not 100% guaranteed (remember that they are in their natural habitat). But sometimes they surprise us.** The tour is shared with other people, it is not a private tour.
