Description

Experience a rappelling course that includes 5 waterfall rappels of heights between 50 and 230 feet. Choose this canyoning tour, which starts at a local farm by La Tigra, only 30 minutes from La Fortuna, where the locals will give you a warm welcome. Be dressed by the guides in the harness, helmet and gloves. Take a short hike of 5 minutes to immerse in the dense vegetation to find the hidden canyon. Reach the first training rappel, where the guides will offer a safety speech, and start going down the first rappel of 50 ft. Descend 4 other rappels as your skills progress and your confidence grows. Travel into a breathtaking world of cascading waterfalls, hidden trails, and rocky cliffs. Rappel down vertical drops, leap into refreshing pools, and rappel through narrow gorges ('La Caracola'), surrounded by the lush tropical rainforest. Enjoy the highlight or the golden ending of this tour, the waterfall called 'Infinity Waterfall' a gorgeous waterfall rappel of 230 ft. Be rewarded at the end of the tour with an 858authentic and tasty Costa Rican lunch.
