Your journey begins with a cruise down Rio Tempisque, the third longest river in Costa Rica. This river, which flows into the Nicoya Gulf, is a hotspot for diverse wildlife due to the tidal exchanges from the Pacific Ocean. As you glide along the river, keep an eye out for monkeys, crocodiles, exotic birds, bats, and large iguanas.
